It is with great sadness that the family of the late Robert Philip Gillam announces his passing on Monday December 18, at Dr. Charles L Legrow Health Center at the age of 69 Years. Born at South Branch, Robert was the son of the late Emmanuel and Mary Gillam. He was also predeceased by his brothers Michael, John, Joe, sister Mary. He leaves to mourn with many loving and precious memories life long partner Bernice Osmond Port aux Basques, children Donald (Shelly) Gillam, Laura (Doug) Hynes, Johnny (Cassie) Gillam, Ronnie (Sandra) Gillam, Darren Gillam, Shawn Gillam; 12 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; brothers William (Lazeta) Gillam, Charlie (Laura) Gillam, Jim (Lorraine) Gillam, his sister Agnes (Graham) Bishop and a large circle of nieces, nephews, and many friends. To honor his wishes cremation has taken place, interment took place on Saturday December 22, 2 PM at St. James Anglican Cemetery Barachois Hill officiated by Rev. Hannah Dicks.
