Jan 16, 1933 - Dec. 18, 2012. Passed away suddenly but peacefully at St. Clare’s Hospital on December 18, 2012, Patrick Joseph McGrath, age 79 of Dunville. Predeceased by parents Patrick & Mary, brothers Hubert and Adrian, sisters Beatrice and Alice. Left to mourn with loving memories his wife of 52 years, Mary Elizabeth; sons: Randy (Nicole) David (Tish), Roger and Wayne (Karen); he will be greatly missed by his six grandchildren: Rosalie, Tara, Brendan, Nicholas, Brody & Jonathon; two brothers: Leslie and Thomas; three sisters: Monica Molloy, Mary Stamp and Ann Pennell, a large extended family and many friends especially his card buddies Jimmy, Leonard, Ned, Paddy & Nellie. Pat was born in Cuslett, but was an early and long time resident of Labrador City, having worked there for 32 years. Resting at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia. Visitation to take place on Friday, December 21 from 1 - 4 & 7 - 9. Funeral Mass to take place on Saturday, December 22, 2012 at St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church, Dunville at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. Flowers gratefully accepted.
