Peacefully at home surrounded by family after a brief illness with cancer on Sunday, January 6, 2013. Predeceased by her husband Patrick, daughter Colleen, and grandson Cory. Junette is survived by her son Richard; daughters: Dawn (Fedele), Debbie (Joe); grandsons: Graeme, Daniel (Grace), Ryan, Anthony, & Christopher; granddaughters: Candice, Amanda & Erin; great-grand children, Mykalla, Anthony & Cassie. Also leaving to mourn are Junette’s beloved sisters: Martha & Irene (Steve); brothers: Edward (Marie), Ches (Rose), Norman (Evelyn), Robert (Ingrid), John (Sandra), David (Brenda) all of St. John’s, Newfoundland, many nieces & nephews. Junette is affectionately remembered by many as Nana. A heartfelt thank you to the Emergency Staff of Centenary Hospital, 7th floor nurses, & the Chemo Clinic. Junette will be resting at Paul O’Connor Funeral Home, 1939 Lawrence Ave. E., Scarborough (between Warden and Pharmacy) from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and on Wednesday from 12 noon until the time of the Service in our Chapel at 1 p.m. Interment Pine Hills Cemetery.
