It is with great sadness that the family of the late Wilfred G. Kendall announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at the age of 72 years. He will be sadly missed by his son, Dion Kendall of Kingston, Ontario, 2 daughters: Deanna Carson and Dena Creer both of Nova Scotia, his mother, Marion Kendall of Stephenville, 1 brother, Wayne (Carley) Kendall of Terra Nova, 1 sister, Maude (Charles) Kendall of Stephenville, 4 grandchildren: Tyler Carson of New Brunswick, Andrea Creer of Nova Scotia, Heather Creer of Nova Scotia, Rylee Kendall of Kingston, Ontario and a large circle of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Vivian and his father Angus. Cremation has taken place. Visitation took place at Russell’s Funeral Home, 57 Prince Rupert Drive, Stephenville, on Tuesday, January 22nd from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, January 23rd at 2:00 p.m. at St. Augustine’s Anglican Church, Hillview Avenue, Stephenville, with Rev. Canon Dawn Barrett officiating. Interment to follow at the Hillside Interfaith Cemetery, Hansen Highway, Stephenville.
