Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear on Wednesday, January 16, 2013, Ethel Jane Morris of Lower Island Cove, age 90 years. Predeceased by husband: Jack; parents: Timothy and Dora Ann; brothers: Eleazor, Arthur, Selby and Jabez; sisters: Mary Morris, Leah Wheeler and Elsie Snelgrove. Left to mourn, three sisters: Stella Gillingham, Lower Island Cove, Evelyn Reynolds, Blackhead and Jean Lewis, Lower Island Cove; also a large number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Rested at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear. Rev. John Davis conducted the funeral service on Saturday, January 19 at Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear. Interment took place in the United Cemetery, Lower Island Cove. Donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
