The death occurred peacefully at Kings County Memorial Hospital with his family by his side on Monday, February 4, 2013, of Leon Buell of Montague, age 86.
Loving husband of Kathryn (Kay) and beloved father of Clayton (Sally) and Wade (Jennifer). Dearest Papa to Amy and C.J. and great-grandfather to Caelab, Autumn and Timothy. Survived by sisters Ethel, Charlotte, Doreen and Dorothy and numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by infant daughter, Starr Ann, and granddaughter, Paula; parents, Simon and Catherine (MacLeod) Buell; brothers, Clayton, Herman, Dan and Garnet; and sisters, Sadie, Elizabeth and Emily.
Resting at Southern Kings & Queens Funeral Home, Murray River. No visitation by personal request. A memorial service to be held from Memorial United Church, Murray River, on Friday, February 8, 2013, at 2:30 p.m. Interment later in Murray River Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations gratefully accepted to Murray River Cemetery Fund or Memorial United Church Hall Building Fund.
