It is with deep sadness that we must announce the passing of Delphine "Della" Richard, age 83, of Sackville on Tuesday, January 29, 2013.
Born in Sackville, she was a daughter of the late James and Lea (Richard) LeBlanc.
Della was a member of the St. Vincent's Roman Catholic Church. Family was very important to Della, she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a very loving mother and wife. 

She will be sadly missed by her children, Joyce (Wayne) Thompson, Miramichi, NB, David (Carol) Richard, Sackville, Allan (Jeannette) Richard, Sackville and Dianne (Wilfred) Mills, Midgic, 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. 

The last surving member of her family, she was predeceased by her husband Robert; brothers, Edmund LeBlanc, Fred LeBlanc, Thomas White, Patrick LeBlanc and Emery LeBlanc; and sister, Madeline LeBlanc.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge Street, Sackville (506-364-1300) from where visiting hours were held on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013, from 7 to 9 p.m., and on Friday from 1 p.m. until the time of the funeral. Funeral mass was celebrated from St. Vincent's Roman Catholic Church, Sackville, on Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at 2 p.m. Burial will take place in the Holy Rosary Cemetery in the spring.
