The family would like to thank the staff of the Connaigre Peninsula Health Care Centre for their exceptional level of care & compassion; the nurses at the End of Life Care Program: Ruth Wall, Darlene Felix and Paula Spencer; doctors Goodfellow, McKay and Amid Hoca and the staff at the Killick Retirement Home. Dad’s care was exceptional: He was always treated with respect, dignity and loving kindness, for which we will be forever thankful.
Revelation 3:20 “Behold I stand at the door and knock. If any man hear my voice and open the door, I will come in to him and will sup with him and he with me”. We believe Silas didn’t have to knock: They were expecting him.
II Samuel 20:18 “Then Jonathan said to David, tomorrow is the new moon and thou shalt be missed because thy seat will be empty.” Dad, you will be forever loved, and sorely missed.
