ST PIERRE, FLORA - 1919 - 2013 - Flora St Pierre, 93, of Manoir Pascal Poirier, Shediac, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, February 14th, 2013 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont University Hospital Centre. Born April 16th, 1919 in Haute-Aboujagane, she was the daughter of the late François and Joséphine (Richard) Léger. She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Claudette Doiron (Auguste) of Shediac; two sons: Richard LeBlanc (Linda) of Shediac and Kenneth Sears (Mary) of Moncton; two brothers: Alphonse of Shediac and Léo (Bella) of Haute-Aboujagane; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; four step-sons: Arsène, Francis, Léonide and Léonald St Pierre; four step-daughters: Muriel St Pierre, Camilla Rogers, Élodie Godin and Nora Cormier; several step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her first husband, Émile LeBlanc (1959); second husband, Léonard St Pierre (1986); one son, Raymond; two sisters Marceline Sears and Justine Landry; four brothers: Yvon, Vital, Romuald and Pacific.
The family will receive condolences at the Frenette Funeral Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297) on Friday, February 15th, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm, and Saturday, from 9:30 am until departure. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St-Joseph R.C. Church, Shediac, on Saturday, February 16th at 10:30 am. In memory of Flora, a contribution to the Dr. Georges-L.
