Cooper, Harold – It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather on Saturday, February 16th 2013 aged 76 years. Retired after a 31 year career in the Armed Forces, member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Mazol Shriner's, Gander Masonic Lodge. Cremation has taken place. Predeceased by his parents Ambrose and Elsie Cooper. Left with fond and loving memories are his loving devoted wife of 51 years Beulah (Collins), sons David (Sharon) of St. Philip's, Aubrey (Pauline) of Grande Prairie AB., grand children Charlene (Kyle) of Kingston ON., Bryan (Stacey) of Sexsmith AB., Carolyn , Heather and Benjamin of St. Phillip's, twin great grand daughters Claire and Elsie Muckosky of Kingston ON., brother Aubrey (Jessie) of Gander, sisters Nita Crocker and Marie (Fred) March of Green's Harbour, sisters -in-law Voira (Sam) Batt of Corner Brook, Betty Collins of Pasadena , brother -in-law Terry Collins (Dorothy) of Pynn's Brook. Also a large circle of extended family and friends. Rested at Stacey's Funeral Home, Gander. Funeral service was held Wednesday, February 20th at 3:30 p.m. at St. Martins Anglican Cathedral, Gander. Donations in Harold's memory may be made to the Shriner's Hospital Patient Transportation Fund or Central North East Health Foundation. Arrangements entrusted through Stacey's Funeral Home, Gander.
