Hunter – Lorraine Winifred Hunter (Nee Beechinor), born on September 28th, 1931 in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, February 23rd, 2013. In keeping with Mom’s wishes, a Private Family Service will be held. Lorraine was predeceased by her husband Don (June ’12); brother Gerald; and her parents Thomas and Winnifred Beechinor. She is survived by her children Brad (Shirley) of Calgary, Ab., Kerri (Les) Allan of Medicine Hat, Ab., Blair (Tammy) of Estevan, Sk., and Joel (Shannon) of Calgary, Ab.; 15 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; brothers Ed (Bev) and Don (Nunthana); sister in laws Anne Smith and Mary Allen. Special thanks to Karen Dixon, Home Care and Donna’s Compassionate Care for all their love and special care during Mom’s illness.
