CHAMBERLAIN, DAVID DOUGLAS ROBERT - It is with great sadness that the family of David Chamberlain announce his death at Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on Monday, February 25th, 2013 at the age of 39. Born in Toronto, Ontario on October 29th, 1973, he was the son of Leo Chamberlain and Ruth MacIntosh. In addition to his parents, Leo and Ruth, David leaves behind his sisters, Amy Psonen and Lisa Carmichael, both of Toronto, ON; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. The family would like to specially thank David and Rhonda Doherty for the kindness and care they gave David during his time in New Brunswick.
