WOOD, ANNIE LORA - The death of Annie Lora Wood, age 97, of Mill Cove, NB, wife of the late Lewis Wood, occurred at the Jordon Lifecare Centre, The Glades, NB, on Sunday, February 24, 2013. She was born in Wittenburg, NS, on March 31, 1915, the daughter of the late James & Miriam (Richardson) Pulsifer. Lora is survived by children, Lowell (Lynn) of Meadow, NB, Paul (Carolyn) Quispamsis, NB, Miriam Grant (Cyril) Canterbury, NB, Juanita Fanjoy (Charles) Elgin NB, 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, sisters Mildred Burrows, Truro, NS, Miriam Larkin (Herbert),Wittenburg, NS; very special friend Ron Copp, of The Glades, NB. She was predeceased by her husband Lewis, siblings Willard, Lloyd, Morrill, Bessie, brothers-in-law Clifford Burrows and Layton Dodsworth, sister-in-law Yvonne Pulsifer, and nephews Lloyd Burrows and Ron Pulsifer.
She is resting at Sherwood’s Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (506-839-2156), 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB, with visiting Friday 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 pm. Funeral Service, conducted by Pastor Jason Cochran and Pastor Keith Boss, will be held at 2:00 pm, on Saturday, March 2, 2013, from First Cambridge Baptist Church, on Route 715, McDonalds Corner, NB. Interment will take place in the Pentecostal Cemetery, Mill Cove, NB, in the spring.
