The death occurred at the Wedgewood Manor, Summerside, on Monday, February 25, 2013, of Ethel MacLeod, RN, of Summerside, aged 104 years.
Born in Park Corner, she was the daughter of the late Everett and Johanna (Stewart) MacLeod. Survived by her son, Burnell (Dale) MacLeod, Summerside; daughter, Joan (Ralph) Yeo, Halifax, N.S.; grandchildren, Ralph Yeo (Anita), Robin (Sam) Rankin, Tami (Gerald) Kendrick; and by great-grandchildren, Austin, Madison and Cole. Predeceased by brothers, Fred and Harold MacLeod; sister, Florence Johnston; and by a granddaughter, Crystal MacLeod.
Resting at Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, where the funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. Interment will later take place in Geddie Memorial Cemetery, Springbrook. No visiting hours by personal request.
