The death occurred peacefully at the Souris Hospital on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, of Flo MacInnis, aged 83 years.
Born in Clear Springs, the daughter of the late Joseph E. and Matilda (nee MacDonald) MacPhee. Survived by her children, Anne (Donald) Cheverie, Dartmouth, N.S.; Vernon (Hope), O’Leary; Johnnie (Anne Marie), North Lake; David (Gail), Fortune; Brenda (Ricky) Jennings, New Zealand; Joanne (Darrell) Richard, Fort Worth, Texas; sister, Mary Pascarelli, Hull, Massachusetts, U.S.A.; sister-in-law, Dot MacIntyre; brothers-in-law, Petie (Peg), Harry and Joe MacInnis; 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by her husband, John; brother, Joseph MacPhee; and sister, Ann MacDonald.
Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home in Souris. Visiting hours Thursday, February 28, 2013, 6-9 p.m. and Friday morning from 10 a.m. until funeral time. Funeral to be held at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Souris for funeral mass to be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in St. Alexis Parish Cemetery in Rollo Bay.
