It is with great sadness that the family of the late William (Bill) Tulk announce his passing in St. John’s on Friday, March 1st, 2013 at the age of 86 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his special friend, Gertie Butler; brother: Tom Tulk (Edna); sons: David Tulk (Vera), Tony Tulk (Anne); daughters: Betty Park (Henry), Joan Wheeler (Ralas), Debbie Brake (Donald) and Billie Young (Terry); 17 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife, Rosetta; sons: Bud and Billie. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 5th at 2:00 p.m. from Humber United Church, Clarence Street with Reverend Fran Ota officiating. The interment will follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Humber United Church Memorial Fund.
