Loving brother of Jeanette Winker, Jim Windsor (Patricia), Frankie Windsor (late Veronica) and Wayne Windsor. Fondly remembered by his aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews in Ontario and Newfoundland. Specially remembered by Geraldine Windsor. Predeceased by a sister Maureen and a brother John.
