Johann Olejniczak
It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of John Wolfgang Olejniczak on March 2, 2013. Beloved father to Kurtis and Sonja and cherished sweetheart to Donna. John was a kind, gentle, loving and generous soul. He moved through life with a great curiosity that kept him ever excited and compassionate. Always willing to lend a hand; never expecting anything in return. His strength and courage was an inspiration to all who knew him. His love of music and wonderful voice brought joy to anyone who heard him. He was a light in the world and will be sorely missed. Survived by his two children Kurtis and Sonja, his dearest friend Donna, and brothers Klaus, Peter, and Christian. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home & Crematorium, Yarmouth. Visitation took place Friday, March 8 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm from the Pleasant Valley United Baptist Church. Funeral service was held Saturday, March 9 at 10 a.m. from Pleasant Valley United Baptist Church, Rev. Michael Cannell officiated. Interment followed in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Donations in Johann’s memory may be made to the Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
