We the family of the late Rob Chesal, whose death took place on October 4, 2009, would like to extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who helped ease our sorrow. To family friend Reverend Duncan Roach whose words brought tears and a little laughter, Rob would have liked that. To Calvin United Church Choir for their wonderful renditions. To our beautiful granddaughters, Laura Dockrill and Hope Scheller for doing such a fine job on the readings. To the Honorary Pallbearers loving nephews Sonny Tatlock and Jimmy and John Chesal, special grandson R.J. Parsons and Rob's good friends and Brothers- in law, Danny and Louie MacDonald. We would also like to thank the ladies of Calvin Church for providing such wonderful refreshments following the service. To Basil McGillivray and staff of V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home forthe compassion and friendliness shown toward our families. We thank everyone who brought food to the house, dropped by to chat, sent cards or made donations to Rob's choices, Calvin United Church or the Cancer Center, it was very much appreciated. Lastly i would like to thank our wonderful families and their families, especially our children and grandchildren whose unwavering love and support made everyday of Rob's journey a new beginning.
