It is with great sadness that the family of the late Richard Fitzpatrick announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Thursday, February 4, 2010 at the age of 77 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Nora and three sons: John of Guelph, Ontario, Gary (Patsy) of Port au Port, Eddy (Kelly) of Guelph, Ontario, four daughters: Alice Strickland (Herman Wheeler) of Campbell’s Creek, Debbie (Daniel) Wheeler of Piccadilly, Dinah (Gerald) Flynn of Lourdes, Philomenia (James) Rouzes of Lourdes, two brothers: Adrian (Mary) Fitzpatrick and Pete (Mary) Fitzpatrick, all of Marystown, one sister, Anna (Alfred) Rose of Marystown, three step-brothers: Jerome Brake, Anthony Brake, Daniel Brake, all of Ontario, 20 grandchildren and a large circle of great-grandchildren, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his son, Richard Fitzpatrick Jr. Cremation has taken place and friends may call at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, Lourdes on Sunday, February 7th from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Monday, February 8th at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish with interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery in West Bay. Funeral arrangements are under the supervision of Russell’s Funeral Home & Crematorium, Stephenville.
