Passed peacefully away in the presence of his family at the Palliative Care Unit of the Leonard A. Miller Centre on Monday, February 8, 2010, Paul Riche, age 77 years. Predeceased by his wife Bride (1997); parents, Robert and Winifred; brothers: Charlie, Ron, Boyd, Ray, Eric, Murray (Muck) and Lester (Hutch); sister-in-law Rachel and nephew Dennis. Leaving to mourn his children: Donald Carey, Gail Howell (Wayne), David Carey (Georgina), Marlene Strong (Charlie), Robert Carey, Sharon Carey (John), Wade Carey (Theresa), Derek Carey (Mary), Yvonne Carey, Brian Carey (Charlotte), June Carey (Ken), Rick Carey, Roger Carey, Laura Carey; sister Nancy Riche; brothers: Dick Riche (Doreen), Lloyd Riche (Heather); sisters-in-law: Mimi, Verna, Alma, Joan and Cheryl; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road with visitation on Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. from the Carnell Memorial Chapel. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
