ELLIS, ELLA - 1928 - 2013 - Janeville - Mrs. Ella Ellis, 84, wife of the late Eddie Ellis, of Janeville, passed away on Monday (April 1, 2013) at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, after a brief illness. Born in Janeville, she was the daughter of the late Claude and Alma (Ronalds) Buttimer. She is survived by two sons: Stephen Ellis (Jane Zeng) of Dodge City, Kansas, U.S. and Glendon Ellis (Susan) of Rothesay, N.B.; one adopted son, Kirk Ellis of Moncton; two sisters: Ivy Sealy (late Leigh) of Bathurst and Shirley Jagoe (Orin) of Bathurst; one sister-in-law, Louise Daley of Clifton; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Elmer.
The body will rest after 2 p.m. Friday at Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday (April 6, 2013) at 2:00 p.m. from Central United Church, Clifton. Visiting hours are Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
