Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family at the Health Sciences Centre on Tuesday, April 2, 2013. Blaine Newell, aged 52 years. Predeceased by his loving father Hubert Newell and three brothers Cecil, Albert and Christopher. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories, his loving wife of 22 years, Genny; his son Mitchell (Vicki); daughters Kelly and Kirsandra and two darling granddaughters Shaelynn and Jadyn. Also his loving mother Annie Newell; brother Eugene (Kathy); sisters: Florence (Gus), Jeanette (Garry), Winnie (Rennie), Darlene (John) and Valerina (Terry); mother-in-law Stella Hinks (Gus); brother-in-law Clary (Phil) and sisters-in-law Iris (Kevin), Valetta (Bud) and Bess (Ralph). As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, Torbay. Visitation on Thursday from 2 p.m. – 9 p.m. and on Friday from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 6, 2013 from Memorial United Church, Pouch Cove. Interment will follow at the Memorial United Church Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
