We, the family of the late Stewart “Pete” Thorn would like to thank everyone who visited with us during his visitation and service. To everyone who sent food, sympathy cards, donations, mass cards, e-mails, phone calls, monetary gifts and flowers, we thank you. A special thank you to Dr. Michel McKeough and Louise for their kindness to Pete. Thank you to the many doctors and nurses of Northside General and Cape Breton Regional Hospitals. Thank you to J.M. Jobes Funeral Home for their professionalism and kindness. Thank you to our many relatives and friends who were there for us during this sad time. Our thanks to Rev. Richie Robinson for making the service such a memorable occasion. Pete would have been so proud and grateful to all.
