At this time we would like to extend a sincere thank you to family, friends, and neighbours for their many acts of kindness during Stephen’s illness and recent passing. We are extremely grateful to those who phoned, visited, sent flowers, food, cards and monetary donations. We appreciate the care given to Stephen by Dr. Steve MacDougall, Dr. Cheryl Tobin as well as the VON and Beth Latham and the Palliative Care Team here in Sydney. We are also grateful to the many doctors and nursing staff that had helped Stephen in St. Albert, Alberta before moving back home to Cape Breton. We also wish to extend our thanks to Fr. O’Connor and Shauna Doolan along with the Choir from Sacred Heart Parish. Our heartfelt appreciation goes out to the Staff of T.W. Curry’s Funeral Home for making this sorrowful time much easier to bear. Once again thanks and bless you all.
