FLANAGAN, DEBORAH D. - Deborah D. Flanagan, 49, of Moncton, with loving family at her side, passed away peacefully at her residence on Sunday, April 7, 2013. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of Thelma (Gallant) of Moncton and the late Burton Costain. Debbie was a dedicated Customer Service Representative with CIBC with over ten years service. She loved nature, birdwatching, gardening and was an avid Bingo player. Debbie’s home was always open and welcoming for her family and friends. Debbie will be sadly missed by her husband of over 29 years, Patrick “Pat” Flanagan; her precious children, Joel, Meaghan and Brittany, all of Moncton; brother, Peter Costain and sister, Patty Costain, both of Moncton; aunt, Pauline MacWilliams; several nieces and nephews; and her special friends, her dogs “Buddy”, “Biff”, “Boo Boo” and “Shilo”. In addition to her father, Debbie was predeceased by her daughter, Amanda (June 2004).
Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral Service at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, April 11, 2013 at 1:30 pm, with Pastor David Way officiating. Reception in the Funeral Home Reception Centre following the service. Interment, Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
