Ken is survived by his children Debra Alain, Dean (Sue) Nagel and David (Terri) Nagel; grandchildren Natalie Loisoa, Desiree Nagel, Adam Alain, Virginia Stanton, Dustin Nagel, Morgan Alain, Connor Nagel and Aleah Taylor. Ken is also survived by his sister Lori (Bob) Johnson, brother Andrew (Teri) Nagel and all their children.

Ken was born August 18th, 1932 in Eatonia, Saskatchewan. Ken worked on the family farm in his younger years. He taught himself to play the saxophone and piano. The end of the harvest could never come fast enough for Ken, as he couldn't wait to go out goose hunting.
Ken met Eleanor Ainson whom he married in 1955. They moved to Kamloops in 1971 where Ken got a job with CN until his retirement.
Always with a quick wit and dry sense of humor, Ken was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Special thanks to the staff of 6 South and the many wonderful people of Hospice.
As per the family's wishes, there will be no formal service.
