It is with great sadness that the family of the late Loran Taylor announce his passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Friday, April 12th, 2013 at the age of 88 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories daughters: Sheila, Ruth (Melvin) Hutchings and Pauline (Foster) George; sons: Calvin (June), Eric (Carol), Dennis (Eunice), Brian (Lori), Perry and Philip; brothers: Fred (Shirley), Austin (Doreen), Jack (Betty), Jim (Edna), Cliff (Cynthia) and Wallace (Brenda); sisters: Olive, Doris, June and Lillian; 18 Grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren, as well as a large circle of nieces & nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by wife Josena; parents Freeman and Rhoda; son Donald; daughter Clara; grandchildren: Bruce and Kayla; brother Alton and son-in-law David Temple. Friends may visit St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Summerside on Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. from where the funeral service will take place on Monday, April 15th, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. Reverend Malcolm Palmer officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
