At the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Friday, April 12, 2013, of John W. Folland of North Granville aged 66 years. Born in Breadalbane, Nov. 22, 1946, son of the late Roy and Clara (MacLeod) Folland. Father of Glen (Anne), Edmonton Alta.; Tanya Mugridge, Belmont, Lot 16; and Randy (Jody), Three Hills, Alta. Grandfather of Kaitlin and Johnathan Gamble; Colton, Denver, Ty and Nevaeh Folland. Step-grandfather of Christopher (Melanie) Knudson; and Jake and Kaylee Mugridge. Step-great-grandfather of Joshua and Nicholas Knudson. Brother of Elmer (Elizabeth) Folland, Stratford; Eleanor Lynch, Fredericton, NB; Edward (Margaret) Folland, Breadalbane; and Paul (Jean) Folland, Fredericton, NB. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his son Ricky Folland, son-in-law John Gamble, brother Lloyd E. MacLeod, sister Cora Mae Folland-Winsor, and two sisters in infancy, sister-in-law Peggy Folland, and brother-in-law William Lynch. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington, for visitation on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Tuesday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment in the South Granville Cemetery.
