The death occurred at his late residence on Thursday, April 18, 2013, of Richard Leslie Snow of Summerside, P.E.I., and formerly of Crapaud, aged 65 years. Richard was born on July 25, 1947, in Saint John, N.B., to his late parents Hollis and Edna (nee Parker) Snow. Survived by his sisters Alice (Elmer) Matheson of Augustine Cove, Jean (Fraser Jr.) Thompson of New Haven and sister-in-law Mary Snow of Summerside and also several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Richard was predeceased by his brother Leonard and sister Linda in infancy. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside, until Tuesday, April 23, for a funeral service at the funeral home chapel, Summerside, at 1 p.m. Interment to take place in Westmoreland Baptist Cemetery. Memorial donations in Richard’s memory to the Prince County Hospital or to the Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated.
