Peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre on Monday, April 15, 2013 in her 71st year; beloved mother of Ross and Doreen, daughter-in-law, Angela; loved grandma of Constance, Bailey and Keith; also sadly missed by her sister, Francie and brothers, Bernie and Eddie.
Predeceased by her sister, Ces and her brother, Joey.
Carmella, a faithful Catholic women who enjoyed the holidays and the changing seasons. She loved music, celebrations and was a fierce competitor at Scrabble. She treasured the moments spent with her son, daughters, grandchildren and close family. Her fondest memories are of Christmas and will be remembered “Every time a bell rings an angel gets their wings”. May your wings be bright.
A graveside service will take place at St. Anne’s Cemetery, Glace Bay on Friday, May 3, 2013 at 2 p.m.
