Passed peacefully away at the Placentia Health Care Centre on Friday, April 26, 2013 Robert “Bob” Tucker, age 78 years of Placentia. Predeceased by his parents Steve & Myrtle Tucker, sisters Edith & Minnie, his mother and father-in-law Robert & Sarah Spurell and sister in law Gertie. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 60 years Laura, his daughters Sharon (Leonard), Janice (Mat), sons: David (Mary), Stephen (Georgina) Keith (Yvonne) and Wayne (Mary Lou), grandchildren Heather, Michael, Adam, Matthew, Christopher, Victoria, Jesse, Jennifer & Karen and their families, his brother Dr. Walter Tucker ( Marion) and family of Bell Island, his sisters-in-law Minnie & Linda, brothers-in-law Paul, Doug, and Gerald and families, also a large number of other relatives and friends. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Placentia, and an honorary member of the Placentia Fire Department. Resting at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia at a time and date to be given later.
