Passed peacefully away at Dr. G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Monday, April 29, 2013, Audrey Burton of Come-by-Chance in her 91st year. Predeceased by parents Uriah and Gladys Kirby; sister Evelyn Warren, first husband Frank Shave, granddaughters Pamela and Pauline Reid. Left with fond and loving memories her husband Charles; children: Frances (Jim), Violet (Joe), Leslie (Andrea), Calvin (Judy), Carson (Patty), Eileen (Dale), Rhonda (William) and Annette; 15 grandchildren; 13 great- grandchildren; special brother-in-law Charlie Warren and niece Golda Warren-Pardy; brothers-in-law: Donald (Pearl) and Freeman (Ethel); sister-in-law Evelyn Dicks; special friend Winnifred Goobie; and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Anglican-United Church, Come-by-Chance. Funeral service will take place 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 2, 2013 at the Anglican–United Church, Come-by-Chance with interment at Interfaith Cemetery, Come-by-Chance.
