It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mary “Patsy” Marche Lucas (nee Hynes) announce her passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at the age of 61 years. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband, LeRoy Thomas Lucas, step-son, Nevin Lucas (Leah) of Stephenville Crossing, 6 brothers: Danny (Betty) Hynes of Conception Bay South, Clifton (Betty) Hynes of Stephenville, Andy (Barb) Hynes of Port au Port East, John (Karin) Hynes and David (Bonnie) Hynes, all of Edmonton, Alberta, Stanley Hynes of Mississauga, Ontario, 5 sisters: Avis (Francis) LaFitte of Port au Port East, Marg (Clyde) Hynes of St. John’s, Dianne (Ron) Russell of Mississauga, Ontario, Julia (Conrad) Marche of Shelburne, Ontario, Milly (Edison) Levy of Brampton, Ontario and a large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Daniel and Mary Hynes, brother, Wayne Hynes and husband, Robert Marche. Cremation has taken place and friends may call at Russell’s Funeral Home 57 Prince Rupert Drive, Stephenville from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, May 2nd. Funeral Service will take place at the Maria Regina Parish, Port au Port East on Friday, May 3rd at 10:00 a.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
