Passed away peacefully after a brief illness, in the presence of her family, on Sunday, April 28th, 2013. Predeceased by her parents William and Alice Kearsey, her sister Mary Codner and infant brother John. She will be greatly and forever loved by her husband Joe Ansara; her daughters Michelle, Lynn (Tom Best), Joanne and her son Mark (Michelle Styles). She was the gentle and cherished grandmother of Allison Best, Elie, Joe and David Abouchakra and Chase Ansara. Nanny Ag was the treasured great-grandmother of Ameia. Left to celebrate her life are her siblings Helen Cull, Anne Moakler, Tom Kearsey (Ann), Jack Kearsey (Sylvia), Frank Kearsey, Patrick Kearsey (Nora), Patricia Kearsey, Mercedes Patton (Doug), Bill Kearsey (Dianne); brother – in – law Bill Codner and their families. Also Agnes’ friends in Wabush and Ottawa. To honor her life of service to her family, her faith and her community, please consider doing an act of kindness in her memory. Cremation has taken place. Visitation from Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Thursday, May 9th, 2013 from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Friday, May 10th, 2013 from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, May 11th, 2013 from St. Pius X Church at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
