The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital with her family by her side on May 3, 2013 of Miriam Isabel Bell of Belle River. Age 75. Mother of Diane (Gerard) Fraser and Donna (Norman) MacKenzie. Loving Grammie of Neil, Billy, Luke and Andrew. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Hughie and Fannie (Smith) MacPherson; brothers Sandy, Marshall, and Gordon; sisters Jean, Chris, Mary (Midge) and Alice. Resting at Southern Kings and Queens Funeral Home, Murray River, for visitation on Sunday, May 5 from 6-9 p.m. Funeral from Wood Islands Presbyterian Church, Wood Islands, on Monday, May 6 at 2 p.m. Interment in Wood Islands Cemetery.
