McKINNON, MARY FRANCES (SPICER) - It is with great sadness that the family of Mary McKinnon, wife of Fred McKinnon, announce her passing on Sunday, May 5, 2013 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. She was born in Saint John on August 21, 1951, and was a daughter of the late Ernie Spicer. Prior to becoming ill, Mary loved taking care of seniors while she worked at Kindred Home Care. She enjoyed playing darts with her friends and spending time with her beloved family, who will miss her dearly. Besides her loving husband, Mary is survived by a son, Kirk; daughters: Bambi, Michelle, and Natasha; several grandchildren; and a brother, Allan.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan's Bay View Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John, 634-7425. A private family service will be held at a later date.
