The death occurred peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, on May 7, 2013, of Zelda Christina O’Neill of Iris, age 85.
Mother of Angie, Willie (Velma), Maureen, John (Kathryn), Colleen, Celie, Arnold (Betty), Roger and Victor (Carol). Survived by brother, Edison (Mary Lou) Hume. Lovingly remembered by 22 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Predeceased by parents, James and Catherine (Stewart) Hume; husband, William; son, Dean; grandson, Mark MacLean; sister, Jean O’Connor; and half-brothers, Freeman and Don Hume.
Resting at Southern Kings & Queens Funeral Home, Murray River, for visitation on Thursday, May 9, from 6-9 p.m. Funeral from the Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, May 10, at 4 p.m. Interment in Caledonia Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations gratefully accepted to the Kings County Memorial Hospital or Caledonia Cemetery.
