Age 45 years, passed away suddenly in St. John’s, NL on May 1, 2013. He is predeceased by his parents, father Michael, mother Uriel, his brother Rodney and his sister Linda Slade (Murphy). Left with fond and loving memories, three nephews: Michel and Jeffrey Slade, Stephen Murphy; sister-in-law Judy Slade; brother-in-law Stephen Murphy; his brother Wayne Slade and great-niece Brooklyn Slade. Burial will be held at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery on Saturday, May 11, 2013.
