We, the family of the late Evelyn Elworthy, would like to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all who gave us comfort during our recent loss. To our family, neighbors, friends and relatives who sent food, flowers, emails, phoned, visited, cards, memorial donations and attended the funeral service; your kindness will never be forgotten.
A sincere thank you to the Palliative Care team, VON and Home Care Staff for their home visits which were one of the highlights of mom’s day. To the doctors and staff of Palliative Care CBRH; thank you for your kindness, compassion and constant support.
We are truly grateful to the staff of Sydney Memorial Chapel for their guidance and support. Our sincere appreciation to Archdeacon Brenda Drake and the choir of Christ the King Church for the beautiful celebration of Evelyn’s life and to the Ladies Guild for hosting a wonderful lunch.
