David Chaisson
We, the family of the late David Chaisson, would like to extend our sincere thanks to our family, neighbours, and friends who provided support during our recent loss. For those who provided food, donations, sympathy cards and online condolences, we are very grateful. To everyone who attended the funeral mass on May 9, we were very touched. My dad would have been so happy to have seen you all there. We were truly moved by the many personal stories that were shared. Dad loved all of the wonderful chats with close friends, especially during his regular visits to Sydney River McDonald’s. A special thank you to Fr. Duaine Deveraux, Our Lady of Fatima Choir and bereavement team, and all who helped with the service. Special thanks to readers Wendy Muise, Jeanie Chaisson and Bud Chaisson. Offertory procession was provided by Betty MacDonald and Rochelle Young. Lunch provided by the Lazarus Committee was greatly appreciated. Our sincere gratitude to Chant’s Funeral Home, especially Jill Nemis, for her expertise and compassionate support during this difficult time. The genuine outpouring of love and support shown by everyone has been incredibly heartwarming and sincerely appreciated.
