MARTIN, JEANITA "JEANNE" -1935 - 2013 - Jeanita "Jeanne" Martin, 77, passed away on Sunday, May 26th, 2013 at the Villa Providence, Shediac. Born on July 17th, 1935 in Shediac, she was the daughter of the late Antoine and Ida (Gautreau) Arsenault. Prior to her retirement, she was employed with the Jean-Coutu in Shediac. She is survived by two sons: Anthony and David both of Toronto, ON; four sisters: Cecile Gallant, Pauline Mallet (Normand), Angela Boudreau (Olivier) all of Shediac and Linda Arsenault of Bellville, ON; two brothers: Ronald (Jeaninne) of Shediac and Léo Bernard "Butch" of Caladon, ON; one grandchild, Evan, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her three sisters: Francine McNeil, Lorraine Brownel and Muriel Arsenault; four brothers: Joseph, Jean "Chico" Robert, Paul and Roger.
At her request, there will be no visitation. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph's R.C. Church, Shediac, Wednesday July 17th, 2013 at 10:30 am. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery. In memory of Jeanita, a contribution to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick would be appreciated.
