Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family on May 29, 2013, at the Palliative Care Unit of the Dr. Leonard A. Miller Centre, St. John’s, at age 69. Predeceased by his parents Samuel and Hilda (nee Park), brothers Hector, Roy, Gus, Eric and Ron, sisters-in-law Peggy and Milicent. Leaving to mourn, his loving wife of 48 years, Lorna (Jennings); daughter Kimberley (Gerard); sons: Craig (Maureen), Glen, and Cory (Georgina); grandchildren: Matthew and Melanie Carew, Ashton and Kyle Ford; great-grandson David Carew; sisters: Grace White and Viola Reid and brother Ralph.
