It is with deep sadness that we regret to announce the passing of our dear son, brother, father and grandfather, Wallace James White, who passed at the age of 53 on Sunday, June 2, 2013, at the New Waterford Consolidated Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda (Samways) White; mother, Margaret (Springall) (White) MacLeod; daughter, Muriel (Ryan), Sydney; sisters, Linda (Steve) Barton, Burlington, Ont., Sandra (Lawrence) Jewells, Glace Bay, Cathy Marchesin, Grand Valley, Ont., Dorothy (Bruce) Gillis, Mira, Cecilia White, Sydney; brothers, Dean White, B.C., Robert (Yvonne), New Waterford, and Jerry MacLeod, Alberta; partner, Rosie Blewer and granddaughter, Haley. He is also survived by grandchildren, Harmony, Matthew, Corey; nieces and nephews, also by many great friends.
He was predeceased by his father, Wallace White, sister, Louise Bresowar, brother-in-law, Gary Marchesin and his grandparents.
Wallace highly enjoyed playing the guitar with his friends. He also loved his dog Jake. He liked to play tarabish and loved a game of poker on the computer.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 5, 2013, at 11 am.-1 p.m. with a chapel service to follow in the funeral home with Deacon Leo Penny officiating, followed by a luncheon at the KOC, Plummer Avenue, all are welcome.
