Passed peacefully away at Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital in St. Anthony on June 5, 2013, Mrs. Una Roberts of Quirpon, NL, in her 92nd year. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories daughter Margaret (Charles); daughter-in-law Goldie; grandchildren Preston (Tammy), Joy (Rick), Judy (Tim), and Tim (Bev); great-grandchildren Rikki, Alex and Jett; sister Blanche (Ron); brothers Jacob, Arch (Maisie), and Lloyd, as well as a large circle of other family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Walter, son Ford, parents Moses and Clara Patey, sisters Louise and Greta, and brothers Gideon and Clarence. Visitation took place at the funeral home in St. Anthony followed by the funeral service which took place at 2 p.m. on Monday, June 10 from the Salvation Army Citadel with Majors Dinzel and Kathleen Baggs officiating. Interment followed in the Community Cemetery in Quirpon. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre Funeral Homes, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Siobhan Mauger, funeral director.
