Passed suddenly away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, June 22, 2013, Billy Neil of Harbour Grace 68 years. Predeceased by parents: William and Agatha; brothers: Lloyd, David and John; nephew: Robert Clarke; brothers-in-law: William, Leo (Isabelle) and Richard; sister-in-law: Evelyn (Weldon). Left to mourn, wife: Margaret; one son: Jason (Rochelle), Harbour Grace; four brothers: Donald (Marilyn), Gordon (Pamela) and Tony, all of Harbour Grace and Kenneth (Judy) Carbonear; four sisters: Lillian (William) Clarke, Victoria, Winnie (Clarence) Noseworthy, Spaniard’s Bay, Mary (Lorne) Pye, Calgary, AL and Brenda (Harold) Lynch, Upper Island Cove; brothers-in-law: Bob (Joselyn) Baker, Carbonear and Jim (Marion) Baker, ON; sisters-in-law: Pamela Neil, Upper Island Cove; Florence (deceased John) Parsons, Carbonear, Mary (Ray) Pynn, Harbour Grace, Linda (Everett) Dean, Small Point, Flora (Wilson) Snow and Julie (Bruce) Dean, both of Victoria and Annie Baker, Carbonear; special friends: Alec and Maysie Moores, Douglas, David and Darroch, Rick and Marine Schlagel, Tom and Beulah Farrell, Jean and Don Morrissey, Peggie Saltman and Jennie Alley; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Rested at Noel's Funeral Home, Harbour Grace. Rev. Moses Tucker conducted the funeral service on Wednesday, June 26 from St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Harbour Grace.
