Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on July 1st, 2013, age 87 years, of Topsail. Predeceased by two wives: Kathleen of 44 years and Miriam of 7 years, son-in-law Russell, grandson Christopher. Left with fond and loving memories are his loving wife Ethel, daughter Donna, sons: Ed (Lynda), James (Beverly), William (Cathy), step-daughter Allison (Keith), numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a large circle of family and friends. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Thursday, July 4 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service in St. John the Evangelist Church, Topsail on Friday, July 5th, 2013 at 2 p.m. Cremation to follow.
