It is with great sadness the family of Veronica Penney announces her passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center on July 2nd at the age of 78.
Leaving to mourn husband Clement; mother Emma Miller; daughters June (Terry Beazley) of Manitoba and Mary (Francis Levesque) of BC; grandchildren Tyler, Spencer, Zachary,Logan, Dege and Melissa; great grandchildren Kya, Odin and Laura-lynn; sisters Loretta (Wish Vaters) and Mary (Joe Whiffen); brothers Wayne Miller, John Miller (Gert) and Jerry Miller (Beth); sister-in-laws Alice and Shirley Miller; plus a large circle of other family and friends.
Predeceased by Brothers- Alphonsus , Gordon and Cyril Miller and Father Jerome Miller.
Father Cecil Critch officiated Funeral Mass from St. Patrick's RC Parish Church Thursday, July 4th at 2PM with interment following at RC Cemetery, Penney's Pond.
Pall Bearers were Brian Antle, Tyler Beazley, Jerry Miller, Wayne Miller, Kevin Miller and John Miller.
Cross Bearer was Dorothy Antle.
