It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of our brother Harold Gerard MacDougall, formerly of Sydney Mines, late of Fredericton, N.B., at the age of 68.
'Harly,' as we called him, succumbed to ALS in Fredericton, on July 10, 2013.
Harold is survived by his loving wife, Janice (Hayes); his son, Troy (Jessica), Fredericton, and his daughter, Shannon Pludek (Daniel), Australia. Also his three treasured grandsons, Kaylub and Cohen MacDougall and Marcus Pludek. Harold is survived by brothers, Bernie, North Sydney, Russell (Debbie), Kelowna, Paul (Valerie), Sydney Mines, and sisters, Diane (Gary) Phillipo, Ottawa, Roxanne (Gregg) Benfer, St. Charles, Mo., Judy MacDougall, North Sydney, and Valerie (Fraser) Patterson, Ross Ferry and many nieces and nephews.
Harold was predeceased by parents, Bernie and Blanche, brother, Brian and sisters, Joyce 'Sis' and Holly.
Burial took place July 16 in Fredericton.
