Hugh Alexander Wiggins late of Regina died peacefully on July 21, 2013. Hugh was born in Tugaske, SK on June 23, 1924. He is survived by Dorothy, his wife of 62 years; two daughters, Gaye (Gene) and Donna; one son Brad (Linda); eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Hugh loved his hometown where ran a family business for many years and was active in his community. He was an avid Roughrider and Blue Jays Fan. A Graveside Service will be held at Tugaske Cemetery on Friday July 26, 2013 at 1:00 pm, with a Memorial Tea to follow at the Tugaske Community Centre.
